He claimed that the land was bought from the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) Nusron Wahid said that his office will immediately revoke the building use rights certificate (SHGB) and ownership rights certificate (SHM) for the fence&nbsp;in the waters of Tanjung Pasir, Teluk Naga, Tangerang, Banten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the issuance of hundreds of SHGB and SHM in the coastal area of Tangerang waters was procedurally and materially flawed.
