{"id":555,"date":"2025-01-23T12:47:34","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T12:47:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theindodaily.com\/?p=555"},"modified":"2025-01-23T12:56:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T12:56:00","slug":"nuenergy-finalizes-gspa-of-tanjung-enims-gas-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theindodaily.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/23\/nuenergy-finalizes-gspa-of-tanjung-enims-gas-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"NuEnergy finalizes GSPA of Tanjung Enim\u2019s gas sales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>(TheIndoDaily.com)<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Oil and gas company NuEnergy<\/strong> announced on Wednesday that the company and Indonesia\u2019s gas distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX:PGAS) had finalized the terms of the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (<strong>GSPA<\/strong>) under the guidance of the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) on Dec. 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was a follow-up of the Heads of Agreement (HoA) for the sale and purchase of coal bed methane between NuEnergy (as the seller) and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (<strong>PGN<\/strong>), a leading natural gas distribution player in Indonesia and a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (as the buyer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Dec. 18, &nbsp;2024, SKK Migas, following its review, submitted NuEnergy\u2019s application for gas allocation and price determination to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) for approval.
